Volunteers registering directly with us can cancel, without penalty, up to two weeks prior to start date.
Cancellations within the two weeks prior to start date forfeits the deposit payment.
If the entire fee has already been paid, but the programme has not been started, we will return the fee minus the deposit.
If we have to cancel the programme due to unforeseen circumstances, we will return the entire fee.
If the fee has been paid but we refuse to accept a volunteer based on the police check received, the deposit is forfeited without exception, no matter how many days/weeks before the startdate.
