As part of our drive to reduce waste, especially plastic waste, we have ended our use of individual bottled water. Instead, we have installed water filtration systems onsite, and the use of 20 litre reuseable water bottles on homestay and outside work.
The quality of the water will remain the same, but the reduction in waste (even though we do recycle all our water bottles) will be significant.
This will have the effect on volunteers, that they will need to bring their own refillable water bottles, and top up from our filtration system points.
Summary
