When you book a tour, there are some details we require before your programme can begin - full name, passport number, diet, gender - from each group member.
The passport details are needed to organise emergency medical cover for your programme, and also (for overnight groups) to send to the Immigration ministry - this is a legal requirement. The diet and gender information helps us to ensure we can arrange meals and accommodation for you.
The easiest and most accurate way to do this, is for you to enter the details in a secure form on our website - a private form only available to you. In order to access this form, you need to be registered on the website.
Please help us to help you, by registering on the website before you begin the booking process. If you don't register then you will not be able to book a tour yourself.
